摘  要:主要研究高诱1号、高诱5号和MT1、MT2、MT3诱导系对玉米四大种质类群单倍体诱导率的差异,结果表明,不同诱导系的诱导能力差异显著,其中诱导率最高的是高诱5号,其平均诱导率为3.13%;最低的是高诱1号,为0.97%。同一诱导系对不同种质类群单倍体诱导效果存在显著差异,其中旅大红骨和兰卡斯特类群单倍体诱导率较高;瑞德和唐四平头类群的诱导率较低。高诱5号诱导兰卡斯特种质的诱导率最高,达5.17%,而高诱1号诱导唐四平头种质的单倍体诱导率最低,仅为0.26%。因此,诱导材料的正确选择对单倍体诱导效果具有很大影响。The difference of haploid induction rates of inducer lines on the four major germplasm groups was mainly studied. The results showed that the inducing ability of different inducer lines had significant differ- ence,which Gaoyou5 had the highest inducing rate, and the average ratio was 3.13% ; and the opposite was Gaoyoul ,which was 0.97%. There were significant differences in induction effect of the same inducer line on different germplasm groups,which the Luda Red Cob and Lancaster groups had higher induction rate than Reid and Tang Si Ping Tou groups. The highest induction rate(5.17% ) was achieved by Gaoyou5 and Lancaster; Tang Si Ping Tou induced by Gaoyoul had the lowest rate (0.26%). Consequently, the right selection of indu- cing materials infected highly haploid induction effect.
