摘　　要：在国家科技基础条件平台绩效概念界定的基础上,本文对国家科技基础条件平台运行服务绩效评价方法和影响因子进行了系统分析,并构建了国家科技基础条件平台运行服务绩效考核指标体系。On the basic of defying the concept of national sci- ence and technology infrastructure platforms＇ performance, this article systematically analyzes the evaluation methods and the impact factors about national science and technology infrastructure platforms＇ running service performance. And it also builds evaluation index system of the national science and technology infrastructure platforms＇ running service performance.
