摘　　要：研究了利用氢氧化钠水解羽毛角蛋白的可行性,通过单因素实验,确定了最佳的水解条件。然后对水解产物进行分离、提纯,并对水解产物进行红外表征,从而确定所得产物为角蛋白的多肽结构。This paper studies the feasibility of the sodium hydroxide hydrolyzed keratin. It is determined the optimum hydrolysis conditions by single factor experiments. The hydrolyzate is separated, purified and then characterized by Infrared Spectroscopy in order to determine the polypeptide structure of the products.
