摘 要:目的探讨红细胞免疫相关表面分子CD35与疟疾感染的相关性。方法选择桂西地区少数民族人群曾经感染或者正在感染疟疾的587例患者(疟疾易感组)和560例健康成年人(非易感组)作为观察对象,运用流式细胞术检测红细胞表面分子CD35的表达水平,以探讨疟疾感染与红细胞免疫功能的关系。结果疟疾易感组红细胞CD35平均荧光强度为(60.81±29.73),明显低于非易感组的(67.93±25.05),组间比较有统计学意义(t=4.3935,P=0.000)。结论桂西地区少数民族疟疾易感人群中,红细胞表面分子CD35与疟疾感染有着较为密切的联系,为疟疾感染的诊断和治疗提供了新思路,其具体作用机制有待进一步研究。Objective To explore the correlation of the surface molecule CD35,which is relevant to the immu- nological defense of red blood cell and malaria infection. Methods 587 cases (malaria susceptible group)who once were infected by malaria or are infected by it in western Guangxi and 560 healthy adults (non-susceptible group) were selected as observed objects. Flow cytometry (FCM) was used to test the expression level of CD35 so as to discuss the correlation of malaria infection and the immune function of red cell. Results The mean fluorescent intensity (MFI) of CD35 in malaria susceptible group(60.81 --4- 29.73) was significantly lower than that ( 67.93 ----4- 25.05) of the non-sus- ceptible group. Differences between groups were statistically significant( t =4. 3935, P =0. 000). Conclusion In the malaria susceptible minority people in western Guangxi, red blood cell molecule CD35 is closely related to malaria in- fection, which provide new ideas about the diagnosis and treatment for malaria infection, but the operation mechanism needs further studies.
