摘  要:目的探讨体液免疫功能在新生儿胆红素脑病形成中的意义。方法选择2011年10月至2013年2月粤北人民医院新生儿科收治的重症黄疸足月患儿52例,根据临床表现及头颅MR结果分为胆红素脑病组(观察组)与非胆红素脑病组(对照组),比较两组患儿血清IgG、IgA、IgM补体C3、补体C4的水平。结果两组比较,观察组IgA、IgM水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),而IgG、补体C3、补体C4差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 IgA、IgM升高的重度黄疸新生儿更易患胆红素脑病,临床上要注意监测重度黄疸患儿的体液免疫功能。Objective To explore the significance of monitoring the humoral immune function of newborn in- fants with bilirubin encephalopathy. Methods 52 full-term infants with severe jaundice,who were admitted in the de- partment of neonatology of our hospital from October, 2011 to February, 2013, were divided into the bilirubin encepha- lopathy group(the observation group) and the non bilirubin encephalopathy group(control group) according to their clinical manifestation and cranial MRI result. Then,levels of the sera IgG,IgA,alexin C3 and C4 of IgM of these two groups were compared. Results The result showed that the levels of IgA and IgM of the observation group were sig- nificantly higher than that in the control group( P 〈0.01) ,but no significant differences were found between the two groups in the levels of IgG,alexin C3 and C4( P〉0.05). Conclusion Severe jaundice infants with high serum IgA and IgM levels are more open to bilirubin eneephalopathy, so it is necessary to monitor the humoral immune function of newborn infants with severe jaundice clinically.
