摘　　要：以电熔白刚玉、镁铝尖晶石、镁砂、α Al2 O3微粉为主要原料 ,研究了镁砂微粉对刚玉-尖晶石浇注料物理性能、抗渣性能的影响 ,以及添加粗大刚玉颗粒对浇注料耐热剥落性能的影响。开发的刚玉 -尖晶石 -方镁石浇注料 ,在鞍山钢铁公司第三炼钢厂 2 0 0tCAS -OB精炼包包底使用 ,寿命达 1Corundum-spinel-magnesia castable was developed using white fused alumina, magnesia-alumina spinel, magnesia and α Al 2O 3 micropowder as main raw materials.The influence of magnesia micropowder on physical properties, slag resistance and the influence of coarse grained corundum on thermal spalling resistance of the corundum-spinel-magnesia castable were investigated. Used in the bottom of 200 t CAS -OB refining ladle, the service life was up to 165 heats.
