Review and Prospect of the Management Research Network Paradigm

摘　　要：回顾近年来管理学研究网络范式的发展,分析了现有研究的不足并对未来研究方向做了展望。采用文献研究方法,分析了国内重要期刊2007-2012年相关研究成果,并对国外经典文献做了回顾。国内研究大多借鉴国外成果,缺乏理论创新;在应用研究方面,对具体管理情景分析不足;从时间上国内研究相对滞后,但目前呈现指数增长的局面;国内学者和研究机构缺乏持续性的研究;现有研究大多单独针对公共部门或私部门,而在复杂网络背景下社会组织呈现错综复杂的网络联系,需要将企业管理和公共管理结合起来看待新形势下的管理问题。This paper has reviewed the development of management research network paradigm,analyzed the problems, and proposed the research direction for the future.By adopting the literature study method,this paper has analyzed those influential research achievements published by the domestic journals from 2007 to 2012 and presented a review of overseas research that has been widely recognized.The study discovers that 1） most domestic research is the repetition of what has been done overseas,lacking innovation in theory and short of analysis of specific management scenario in practice;2） domestic research lags behind the overseas research but demonstrates an increase of exponential growth in recent years;3） sustainable research is lacking and most of the existent research is aimed at specific public or private sectors.As the networking between social organizations becomes more complicated and diverse,a paradigm combining business management and public administration is needed.
