摘  要:焦化厂粗苯工序在生产过程中存在洗苯塔阻力高、贫油冷却器堵塞等问题,分析出其主要原因是洗油中高沸点有害组分苊、氧芴、芴等含量较高。通过增加气相色谱分析项目,能够快速、准确地检测出洗油中甲基萘、联苯、苊、氧芴、芴等各有利有害组分的含量,为提高进厂洗油质量提供了可靠依据,为降低洗苯塔阻力、洗油单耗、优化技术操作指标创造了条件。During production, problems of high resistance at benzene washer and clogging at lean oil cooler still existed in the crude benzene process of Coking Factory. The main causes after analysis were found as high contents of acenaphthene, fluorene, oxygen fluorine and other harmful components with high boiling point in washing oil. Newly added gas chromatographic item, fast and accurate in inspecting the contents of favorable components of methyl naphthalene and biphenyl and the above harmful components in washing oil, provided reliable basis for improving as-received washing oil quality, and created conditions for reducing benzene washer resistance, lowering specific washing oil consumption and optimizing operation parameters.
