摘  要:以低分子蜡作分散剂 ,与陶瓷微粉、聚丙烯树脂一起混合 ,经双螺杆配混挤出机造粒 ,制得性能优良的远红外丙纶母粒。研究了低分子蜡种类、添加量对陶瓷微粉的分散作用 ,以及最佳添加量与陶瓷微粉粒径的关系 ,不同低分子蜡的热稳定性能。优化工艺及配方 ,制得的远红外丙纶母粒 ,可满足细旦高速纺丝及后加工的要求 ,产品质量较好。Using low\|molecular wax as dispersant mixed with ceramic particles and carrier resin, the high\|quality far\|infrared PP masterbatch can be obtained. The effects of the varieties and addition of low\|molecular wax on the dispersion of ceramic particles were studied, and the relationship between the optimum addition and the mean size of ceramic particles as well. The heat stability of different low\|molecular wax was also studied. By optimizing the process and formulation, the resulting far\|infrared PP masterbatch can meet the requirements of fine denier high speed sinning and afterprocessing. The quality appears fairly good.
