摘　　要：以制造企业为研究对象,并以其生产现状为背景,从其内部的工作流程出发,对整个制造过程的生产能力做了系统的分析,提出一套生产能力评估、平衡、提升的完整方案.在对生产能力核算做系统总结的基础上,将产能评估理论与实际应用相结合,综合考虑盈利指标、市场需求、生产能力等因素,进行资源平衡调配,为生产与销售提供决策支持.To manufacture enterprise as the research object, and with its production situation as the background, from the internal working process, the whole process of production ability is analyzed. Then the paper puts forward a set of production capacity assessment, balance, and the integrity of the assessment project. In the production capacity of accounting system on the basis of a summary, productivity evaluation theory and practice combined, through the comprehensive consideration of the profit index, market demand, production capacity, etc factors are balanced deployment and resources for the production and sales to provide decision support.
