改善聚醚酯弹体纤维弹性回复率的研究

摘　　要：在聚醚酯 (TPEE)中添加适量的三官能团酯类交联剂 ,结合拉伸工艺 ,提高 TPEE弹体纤维的弹性回复率。并对交联剂用量、交联剂对纤维结构、结晶性能以及与弹性回复率相关的力学性能的影响进行了讨论。结果表明 ,加入 1 %交联剂后 ,TPEE的相对分子质量增加 ,微晶结点密度增大 ,断裂强度提高 ,TPEE弹体纤维的弹性回复率可提高到 95%左右。By adding the trifunctional ester crosslinking agent of right amount into polyetherester and adjusting the conditions of drawing process, the elastic recovery of polyetherester elastic filament (TPEE) can be improved. The content of crosslinking agent and its effect on the structure of filaments, crystallization characteristics and mechanical properties relating to elastic recovery were discussed. The result showed that the crosslinking agent amounting to 1% should increase the relative molecular mass of TPEE, the density of join point and the breaking strength. And the elastic recovery of TPEE should be improved to about 95%.
