摘　　要：针对机加工不同产品切换过程中的设备停顿问题,利用快速换模的思想,对某企业齿轮车间某一加工设备夹具的换模过程进行精益分析与改善,提出了一套新的换模方案.经过比较,新方案换模时间明显缩短,生产效率也随之提高.For the problem of equipment pause when switching different products in machining, using the idea of quick exchange of die, through the lean analysis and improvement for the process of machining equipment exchange of clamp in SH gear workshop, a new program of exchange of die is proposed, with the comparison it can be seen that the time of exchange of die is shortened significantly and production efficiency is increased.
