摘　　要：介绍QCS-11耐硫变换催化剂的特点以及在中国石化安庆分公司化肥部首次工业应用的情况。结果表明:QCS-11催化剂采用新型载体和独特的制备工艺,具有适宜的活性,其稳定性明显优于国内外传统催化剂;QCS-11催化剂首次工业应用于中国石化安庆分公司化肥部轴径向反应器——1#变换炉,对负荷、水气比、压力等工况波动具有很好的承受能力,运行近一年来,各项工艺指标合格且稳定。The characteristics of QCS-11 sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst and its initial application in Sinopee Anqing Branch, Fertilizer Department, were reviewed. QCS-11 catalyst adopted the new carrier, and was prepared by unique process, so it has appropriate activity, and the stability is apparently superior to the traditional in the world. Its initial application in No.1 converter in the axial-radial reactor shows that it has considerable durability to fluctuation in different cases of load, steam-gas ratio and pressure. The half-year operation from commissioning shows that each process index goes just sound and steady, and brings desired economical and social benefits.
