超声与凝血、纤溶指标对下肢深静脉血栓及血栓前状态的评价

摘　　要：目的探讨超声与凝血、纤溶指标对下肢深静脉血栓及血栓前状态的诊断价值。方法根据80例下肢深静脉不同的超声表现,分为3组:①血栓组,②血栓前状态组,③正常组。并将各组反映凝血、纤溶机制的相关指标:D二聚体(D-D)、纤维蛋白(原)降解产物(FDP)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(aPTT)进行统计学分析。结果 D-D、FDP、Fbg等3项指标:血栓组与正常组比较,血栓前状态组与正常组比较,血栓组与血栓前状态组比较,差异均呈显著性(P<0.01)。结论超声联合凝血、纤溶相关指标有助于下肢深静脉血栓及血栓前状态的诊断。Objective Diagnostic value of ultrasound and coagulation fibrinolysis for deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity and pre thrombotic state was discussed. Methods According to different ultra- sonic findings in 80 cases with lower extremity deep venous, we divided them into three groups, including ① the thrombus group,② the prethrombotic state group,③ the normal group. Then indices of cruor fibrinolysis （D-D,FDP,Fbg,PT and aPTT） were statistically analysed by the ultrasonic imaging. Results There were significant difference of D-D, FDP, Fbg, between the thrombus group and the normal group, the prethrombotic state group and the normal group, the thrombus group and the prethrombotic state group （all P 〈 0.01 ）. Con- clusion Ultrasound combined with coagulation and fibrinolysis related indicators contribute to the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis and pro thrombotic state.
