摘 要:我国原油组成中含蜡率高,油井结蜡现象严重,因此在我国石油工业中,油井结蜡是影响生产的主要问题之一.实现对油井的清蜡,对估量产量和预测油井的开发寿命以及油田的产量、质量控制,油井的状态检测,减少能耗,降低成本和采油管理自动化具有重要意义.用一定温度的水定时冲洗油井壁的蜡是清蜡的方法之一,因此迫切需要研制出一种智能型的适合于地下油井低温环境,便于检测、控制及管理的清蜡装置,针对此问题提出一套智能水流量水温的测控系统.Because of the high rate of wax in the crude oil, the paraffin deposit in the oil wells is serious, and then it has become a major problem affecting the production in China's oil industry. It is very important to wipeout the wax in the wells for forecasting the development life of the oil wells and the oil production amount, as well as the quality control, oil state detection, energy consumption and costs reduction, and automated oil production management. Flushing out the wax periodically off the oil well with certain temperature water is a removal method. There is an urgent need to develop an intelligent wax removal device suitable for the underground wells under a cryogenic condition to facilitate the detection, control and management. This paper proposes a smart measurement and control system of water flow and temperature aiming for the problems mentioned above.
