银杏萜内酯的分析检测研究

摘　　要：银杏萜内酯广泛用于神经系统疾病、心脑血管系统疾病的治疗。本文综述了近年来国内外关于银杏萜内酯化学结构、样品前处理方法和分析检测方法等方面的研究进展,分析了银杏萜内酯研究中存在的不足,并提出了解决问题的方法。Ginkgolids have been widely used in curing the diseases of nerve system and cardiovascular system. This article reviews the study on chemical structure, separation and determination methods of ginkgolids . Problems in the study are pointed out and solutions are also provided.
