摘  要:以128个锦氨混纺织物为研究对象,对样品颜色、结构以及光谱扫描时扫描次数、样品厚度等参数进行分析,利用偏最小二乘法建立了锦氨混纺织物中锦纶含量的近红外定量模型。为验证模型的实用性,对729个锦氨样品进行了预测,将预测结果与标准方法 SN/T 0464-2003进行方差分析,得到两方法结果不存在显著性差异的结论,并据此制定了纺织品原料组分近红外快速检测初筛方法的标准操作规程,经实际应用证明效果显著。128 Nylon blended with lycra fabrics were taken as research objects. We analyzed sample color, fabric structure, times scanning, thickness of the samples and so on. The near-infrared quantitative model was established by partial least squares( PLS) method to get the Nylon content. For verifying the validity and prac- ticability of the model, 729 samples were chosen as an independent validation set. The variance analysis show that there was no significant difference between NIR method and national standard method SN/T 0464 - 2003. The standard operation procedure ( sop), which was a simple, rapid near-infrared prescreen method for textile, brought about a striking effect.
