鼻咽癌患者放疗期间希望水平与应对方式的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻咽癌患者放疗期间的希望水平与应对方式的相关性。方法:使用一般资料问卷、希望水平量表和应对方式量表对110例放疗期间的鼻咽癌患者进行调查。结果:患者的希望水平平均得分为(34.80±2.64)分;应对方式中面对及屈服均低于常模,而回避高于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);希望水平总分与"面对"和"回避"均呈正相关(r=0.247,r=0.424,P<0.05)。结论:鼻咽癌患者放疗期间的希望水平和应对方式值得关注,采取适宜的应对方式可提高患者的希望水平。Objective： To examine the relationship between hope and coping styles in patients with nasophaxyngeal carcinoma （NPC） during radiation thera- py. Methods： The convenience sample consisted of 110 patients diagnosed with NPC during radiation therapy were investigated by the demographic question- naire,thc herth hope index （HHI） and medical coping modes questionnaire （MCMQ）. Results：Patients hope level average score was （34.80 ~ 2.64）, face and yield were lower than the norm in coping styles,and avoid higher than the norm,the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the level of hope with the score of confrontation and avoidance were positively correlated （ r = 0. 247,r = 0. 424,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： The hope and coping style in patients with NPC during radiation therapy is worth to pay close attention ,taking appropriate coping styles can improve the level of hope.
