神形动静平衡护理观在脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨在神形动静平衡护理观指导下进行康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能康复的影响。方法:将诊断为脑卒中并符合入选标准的60例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,分别实施常规护理以及在神形动静平衡中医护理观指导下的康复护理。入院后24 h及出院前24 h进行简式Fugl-Meyer评分,观察肢体功能康复情况。结果:疗程结束观察组肢体运动评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在神形动静平衡护理观指导下的康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能康复有促进作用。Objective： To evaluate the influence of the limbs function recovering for hemiparalysis patients with stroke. Methods ：60 case of hemiparalysis pa- tients with stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group in the implementation of spirit^body^dynamic and static of TCM nursing concept under the guidance of rehabilitation nursing after admission, 24 h after admission and discharge of 24 h by Fugl -Meyer score, observed limb function rehabilitation. Results：After treatment,the motor function score of the observer group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Concluslon. There is obvious improvement of motor function in nursin$ theory about balance of spirit, body, dynamic and static on rehabilitation nursing of hemipandysis patients with stroke.
