摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA模式在妇科围手术期患者中的应用效果。方法:选择我院2011年1月～2012年11月因子宫肌瘤、卵巢肿瘤、宫颈癌等入院的妇科围手术期患者60例采用PDCA循环引导的形式,实施循环护理。结果:患者对手术期间、术后满意率较高,护理不良事件发生率降低。结论:PDCA模式对于改善和提高妇科围手术期护理质量有一定的实用价值,具有更高的护理满意率。Objective： To investigate the effect of PDCA model to improve the nursing effect of patients with gynecologic operation period. Methods： In our hospital from January 2011 to November 2012, because of myoma of uterus, ovarian tumors, cervical carcinoma, admitted during gynecologic operation in 60 patients with PDCA circulation guide form, all the patients had implemented the circular nursing. Results：The patients to nursing satisfaetion rate during the operation, postoperative satisfaction rate of nursing adverse events rate. Conclusion： PDCA mode to impure and enhance the ~meeologic has certain practi- cal value for the quality of nursing operation period, has a higher rate of nursing satisfaction.
