摘　　要：目的:总结136例乳腺癌患者的术后护理措施。方法:对我院136例乳腺癌患者手术后给予体位护理、引流管护理、患侧肢体功能锻炼、心理护理等一系列护理措施。结果:136例患者均完成系统的放疗、化疗,其中79例重返工作岗位。结论:对乳腺癌患者认真进行术后护理、健康指导和心理干预,促进了切口愈合和肢体功能恢复,保证了手术的成功,提高了患者的生活质量。Objective： To explore the postoperative nursing measures of 136 patients with breast cancer. Methods ： 136 patients with breast cancer patients af- ter surgery to posture,were observated, wound cared, nursing of drainage tube, affected limb function exercise, psychological nursing and so on a series of nursing measures. Results： All of 136 patients completed system radiotherapy and chemotherapy ,79 cases of patients returned to work. Conclusion： The pa- tients with breast cancer serious postoperative nursing, health guidance and psychological intervention,would be promote the healing 0~ incision and restore limb function,guarantee the success of the operation,and improve the patient＇s quality of life.
