Orem自理模式下剖宫产术后自控镇痛存在的问题分析及护理对策

摘　　要：目的:应用Orem自理模式对剖宫产妇术后自控镇痛(PCA)出现的问题进行分析,并提出相应护理对策。方法:运用Orem自理模式的支持-教育系统理论,对行剖宫产的产妇进行术前及术后的PCA健康教育。通过访谈问卷和护理记录,对产妇术后PCA出现的问题、回叫次数进行统计分析,并实施针对性的护理措施。结果:PCA使用过程中最常出现的问题是恶心、呕吐,镇痛效果不佳、镇痛液将用完等,针对出现的问题,通过相应护理干预,效果良好。结论:应用Orem自理模式,做好术前宣教,术后耐心、反复指导,定时巡视病房,出现问题时给予及时、有效的护理,可最大程度地发挥术后PCA的镇痛效果,提高护理质量。Objective：To apply the Orem self-care mode on the parturient patient -controlled analgesia （PCA） analysis of the problems,and put forward the corresponding nursing countermeasures. Methods：Used Orem self - care mode support - education system theory,on the line of cesarean section were of PCA health education before and after operation. Through the interview questionnaire and nursing records, on maternal postoperative PCA problems,call back number were analyzed, and the implementation of the pertinent nursing measures. Results：Most often used during PCA problems were nausea and vomiting, analgesic effect, analgesic liquid will run out, aiming at the existing problems,the corresponding nursing intervention, effect was good. Conclusion： The appli- cation of Orem self - care mode, preoperative education, postoperative patient, repeated guidance, reb, ular inspoction unit, when problems occur given nursing timely,effective,can maximize the analgesic effect of PCA after operation,improve the quality of nursing.
