摘  要:为分析25 kW碟式太阳能镜面风荷系数的大小,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)的分析方法.基于三维造型软件Pro/E建立了25 kW碟式太阳能旋转抛物面模型,结合Fluent软件对碟式太阳能镜面的风荷系数进行了数值计算,并对镜面的压强和风流场的流速进行了仿真分析.得到碟式太阳能镜面在不同方位角和高度角下的力和力矩系数以及镜面表面的压力分布和流速分布.结果表明:采用流体动力学分析方法计算出的风荷系数可以为碟式太阳能结构设计和镜面受载变形提供重要的参数依据和指导意义.In order to analysis the wind load coefficient of magnitude of the mirror of 25 kW dish solar power, the analysis method of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) was suggested. Based on three - dimensional model of software Pro/E, the model of 25 kW dish solar rotation paraboloid was established. The wind load coefficient on the mirror of dish solar power was calculated and the pressure of mirror and the velocity of the flow field was simulation by applying the software fluent. The force and moment coefficients of the dish solar mirror under the different azimuth and elevation angles were obtained. Also the pressure distribution and velocity distribution of mirror surface were found. The simulation shows that the wind load coefficient is gotten by using the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) , which provide a important parameter base and guiding significance for the structural design of dish solar and the deformation under wind load of dish solar mirror.
