摘  要:利用旋转薄膜烘箱对重交70#道路沥青进行0,40,8,18,240,300 min加热来模拟沥青老化实验,测得老化前后70#沥青的"3大指标"及4组分组成,对实验数据进行数理统计方法进行分析.分析表明:重交70#道路沥青的针入度、延度随着老化时间的增长而成指数减小,软化点随老化时间的增加按指数增加的规律;且针入度随着时间减小的速率变化率小于延度随时间减小的变化率;沥青4组分组成的变化规律为:饱和分、芳香分含量随着老化时间的增加均有减小的趋势,而沥青质、胶质含量随老化时间的增加而增加,且其中胶质的变化率最大.Rotating film oven was used to heat No. 70 heavy traffic road asphalt to simulate asphalt aging, six heating tests of 0, 40, 85, 180,240 and 300 min were carried and the relationship were gotten, that of the "three index" and asphalt four components of before and after aging. Mathematical statistic method was used to analyze the experimental data. The analysis results indicate that:as the aging time increasing , the penetration and ductility of No. 70 heavy traffic road asphalt are decreasing exponentially, but the asphalt's softening point is increasing exponentially. The increasing rate of penetration is less than that of the ductility. From the results of analysis, changing regularity of asphalt four components are also gotten : as the aging time increasing , the contents of saturate and aromatic are both decreasing, but the contents of asphaltene and resin are both increasing, and the increasing speed of resin is the faster.
