经皮球囊二尖瓣扩张术后心脏泵功能的评价

摘　　要：:目的 :探讨经皮球囊二尖瓣扩张术 (PBMV)后心脏泵功能的变化。方法 :应用华南计算机公司研制的 CPA- 2型心血管功能诊断分析系统测量 75例 PBMV术前 1d及术后第 3天的每搏输出量、心脏指数、搏功及射血分数。结果 :PBMV术前 1d与术后第 3天的每搏输出量、心脏指数、搏功、射血分数分别为 (4 3.95 5± 9.82 4) ml、 (2 .310± 0 .32 7)L· min- 1 · m- 2 、(0 .40 4± 0 .12 6 )焦耳、(5 8.0 41± 7.5 42 ) % ;(5 1.178± 14.42 6 ) ml、(2 .780± 0 .479) L· m in- 1 · m- 2 、(0 .46 4± 0 .15 7)焦耳、(6 0 .0 2 2± 8.42 8) % ,术前与术后相比 ,每搏输出量 ,心脏指数的 P<0 .0 0 1、搏功 P<0 .0 5、射血分数 P>0 .5。结论 :PBMV术后的心脏泵功能明显改善 ,提示Objective:To evaluate the changes of cardiac pump function after percutaneous Balloon Mitral Valuloplasty.Methods: The stroke volume, cardiac index stroke work and ejection fraction in 75 cases were investigated by using the CPA 2 diagnosis analysis system of cardiac function made by South China Computer Company, before the operation and the third day after the operation. Results: The stroke volume,cardiac index, stroke work, ejection fraction before operation and the third day after operation were 43.955±9.824ml,2.310±0.327L/min/m 2,0.404±0.126J,(58.041±7.542)%,51.178±14.426ml,2.780±0.479L/min/m 2,0.464±0.157J,(60.022±8.428)%,respectively. Conclusion: The cardiac function was greatly improved after PBMV. It is indicated that PBMV has a good short term treatment effect.
