盐酸阿糖胞苷在输液中稳定性及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究盐酸阿糖胞苷在输液中的稳定性及影响因素。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸阿糖胞苷的含量 ,用正交分析方法分析影响盐酸阿糖胞苷稳定性的因素 ,同时观察配伍后外观、p H值及紫外光谱的变化。结果 :输液种类对盐酸阿糖胞苷的稳定性影响最大 ,其次是温度 ,光线影响最小。盐酸阿糖胞苷在 5 %、10 %葡萄糖、5 %葡萄糖氯化钠、0 .9%氯化钠等输液中较稳定 ,在碳酸氢钠输液中较不稳定。结论 :盐酸阿糖胞苷在除碳酸氢钠外的四种输液中配伍 12 h内 pObjective:To study the stability and influential factors of cytosine arabinoside hydrochloride with infusion.Methods:The content of cytosine arabinoside hydrochloride was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometer,influential factors were analyzed with orthogonal analysis,the change of appearance、pH and ultraviolet spectrum were observated after compatibility.Results:The sort of compatibility was more effective with cytosino arabinoside,and also temperature,light was less effective with cytosino arabinoside,cytosino arabinoside was stability with 5%、10% Glucose,5% Glucose saline and 0.9% sodium chloride,but it was not stability with Sodium bicarbonate.Conclusion:It was stability with 4 sorts of infusion for cytosino arabinoside in 12h.
