摘 要:目的 研究月见草油乳剂对豚鼠卡那霉素内耳中毒的防治作用 .方法 应用硫代巴比妥酸 (TBA)荧光比色法测定豚鼠对照组、卡那霉素 (KM)组和 KM +月见草油乳剂组耳蜗组织中丙二醛 (MDA)的含量变化及实验前后测定听性脑干反应 (ABR)听阈阈移变化 .结果 KM组 ABR听阈阈移明显高于正常对照组和 KM +月见草油乳剂组 (P <0 .0 1) ;KM组豚鼠耳蜗组织中 MDA含量明显高于正常对照组和 KM+月见草油乳剂组 (P<0 .0 1) .结论 氧自由基是卡那霉素中毒的主要因素之一 ,月见草油乳剂具有拮抗卡那霉素内耳中毒作用 .AIM To investigate the effect of prevention and to cure of the experimental ototoxicity of kanamicine with oil from oenethera erythrosepala borb. METHOD The assaying of malondialdehyde (MDA)in cochlear tissue of guinea pigwas made by thiobarbiture acid fluorescence method and compared between the experimental ototoxicity of kanamicine and preventing it with oil from oenethera erythrosepala borb. The auditory threshold shift before and after the experiment was evaluated by auditory brain stem response(ABR). The results: The auditory threshold shift in KM group was obviously higher than that of the control and prevention and cure group;The content of MDA in cochlear tissue of guinea pig of the KM group was also higher than that of the control and prevention and cure group. CONCLUSION oxygen free radical is one of the key factors in the kanamicine ototoxicity and oil from Oenethera erythrosepala borb has an antagonism to it.
