胃痛散治疗急症胃痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：用胃痛散治疗 35例急症胃痛气滞证患者 ,并以 6 5 4 2治疗 31例作为对照组。结果显示 :胃痛散可显著改善急症胃痛气滞证患者的临床症状 ,其止痛疗效总有效率为 91 4% ,与对照组 80 6 %相比较有非常显著性差别 (P <0 0 1)。且胃痛散对伴随症状中的脘腹胀满、反酸、恶心、呕吐、嗳气等都有明显改善作用 ,并无不良反应。说明胃痛散是治疗急症胃痛的有效药物。To investigate clinical curative effect of emergency stomach ache treated by weitong powder.Methods: 35 cases of syndrome of stagnation of qi emergency stomach ache treated by weitong powder was as treating group.31 cases of emergency stomach ache treated by 654 2 was as control group.Results:Weitong powder improved remarkably clinical symptoms of syndrome of stagnation of qi emergency stomach ache.Its total analgesis effective rate was 91 4 per cent.The total analgesis effective rate of control group was 80 6 per cent.Two groups had differentiation significantly ( P <0 01).Weitong powder could improve associated symptoms of abdominal distention,acid regurgitation,nausen,vomiting and eructation and hadnt adverse reaction.Conclusion:Weitong powder was a effective drug of treating emergency stomach ache.
