中西医结合治疗MDS—RAEB(RAEB—T)48例观察

摘　　要：目的：探索中西医结合治疗 ＭＤＳ的新途径。方法：将ＭＤＳ—ＲＡＥＢ（ＲＡＥＢ—Ｔ）４８例随机分为中西医结合组 ３８例（ＲＡＥＢ２８例，ＲＡＥＢ—Ｔ１０例）和对照组 １０例（ＲＡＥＢ６例，ＲＡＥＢ—Ｔ４例）。中西医结合组用再障生血片及天赐丸口服，并联合小剂量Ａｒａ—ｃ静滴或肌注。时照组仅单用 Ａｒａ—ｃ治疗。结果：中西医结合组总有效率 ７３．６％，对照组总有效率５０．０％，两组有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：再障生血片及天赐丸不仅能增强扶正功能，提高免疫力，而且有提高抑制、杀伤病变白细胞的能力。联合Ａｒａ—ｃ 更能提高疗效，减轻Ａｒａ—ｃ的毒副作用。Object: To probe into a new way integrated traditional Chinese medicine and westren medicine to treatd MDS. Mehtods: 48 cases of MDS-RAEB(RAEB-T) were randomly divided into two groups: a group (38 cases among which have 28 RAEB and 10 RAEB-T) integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, and a control group (10 cases among which have 6 RAEB and 4 RAEB-T). The former group was treated by oral pill for enriching blood and Tian-Ci' pill and introvenous drip Arac-c; the latter group introvenoua drip Arac only. Result: The total effective rate in the group integrated traditional Chinese medicine was 73. 6~4 and that in the control 50%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The pill for enriching blood and 'Tian-Ci' pill have an effect of not only strengthening the body resistance and improving imune function but also inhibiting and killing the diseased white cells. When Arac-c is integrated with traditional Chinese drugs, its side-effect will be reduced.
