摘　　要：目的 研制联合型瑞文测验辽宁城市和农村儿童智商常模（ＣＲＴ－ＬＮＣ、ＣＲＴ－ＬＮＲ）。方法用联合型瑞文测验对城市、农村５～１４岁儿童取样。结果 城市与农村儿童各年龄组原始得分差异显著（ｔ＝２．８６～８．２４），同年龄组的男、女儿童原始得分均无显著差异（城市ｔ＝０．０７～０．７７，农村ｔ＝０．０２～ ０．９１）；测题难度达到理想值（ＣＰ＝０．３～０．７，城市５６．８７％，农村６１．４３％）；区分度较好（ｒｐｂ＞ ０．１９５，Ｐ＜０．０５），鉴别指数Ｄ＞ ０．２０，分别占９２．６％、９１．２％；复测信度高（ｒ＝ ０．９３）；同时效度相关理想（ｒ数：城市为 ０．４１，农村为０．４５；ｒ语：城市为０．２８，农村为０．３１； Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论建立的ＣＲＴ－ＬＮＣ、ＣＲＴ－ＬＮＲ可作为我省卫生等部门调查儿童智力状况及诊断克汀病、亚克汀病的测量工具。Objective:To prepare the CRT norm for evaluating city and rural childnen of liaoning(CRT - LNC and CRT-LNR) Methods:Test 5-14 Year old normal city and rural children with conbined Reven Test. Results:I of all age agroups children had statistical significance. (t= 2.86 - 8.24 P < 0.05) .Score hadn't statistical significance between same age boys and girls.The degree of difficulty attains the ideal value(CP= 0.3 - 0.7 city is 56.57%,rural is 61.43%) The distinguish degree is very good(rpb > 0.195, P < 0.05) .92.6% and 91.2% of test distinguish index is higher than 0.20. the reliabity is very high(r=0.93). An validity is idea(rChinese = 0.41,rmaths = 0.28 in city children, rChinese = 0.45, rmaths = 0.29 in raral children). conclusions: The norms can be used as measure tools for evaluation the children IQ level and diagnose the cretine and semi-crdtine on the departments of health Liaoning province.
