钛金属板I期修补开放性颅脑伤所致颅骨缺损的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨钛金属板对开放性颅脑伤所致颅骨缺损 Ｉ期修复的应用情况。方法总结分析了我院近 ２年来利用钛金属板对开放性颅脑伤及其手术所致颅骨缺损在初期清创同时Ｉ期颅骨修补的病例。结果２４例Ｉ期颅骨修补术后无一例头皮下积液、头皮感染，均达Ｉ期愈合。结论对创口条件好，污染不重的开放性颅脑伤或手术所致颅骨缺损，在初期彻底清创同时应用钛金属板Ｉ期颅骨修复是完全可能的。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ti Mesh for cranioplasty in patients with open craniocerebral injury. Methods 24 cases were collected who had cranial defects due to craniocerebral injury or cranial operations and were treated with Ti Mesh for primary cranioplasty after the debridment. Results No hydrops and infections were found in all the cases with healing by first in- tention. Conclusion Ti Mesh was a feasible material for the patients with open but not severely infected craniocerebral injuries.
