摘　　要：当今的农村民间组织是在村民自治的背景建立和发展起来的,它在一定程度上弥补了村委会在组织农村经济建设、发展农村公共及公益事业等方面发挥作用时存在的不足。考察其实践,尽管不同类型的民间组织与村委会有着不同的联系,但在理论上,它们都是政府引导和农民参与背景下,与村委会共同实施农村管理的农民组织。The establishment and development of rural non-governmental organizations are based on autonomy of villagers. At a certain extent,it may compensate for the defects of the village committee in organizing rural economic construction, the development of rural public affairs, welfare and so on. By means of practice and inspection,although different types of rural non-governmental organizations have different relationships with the local village committees, they are theoretically all farmers＇ organizations under the background of government-guided, famers-participated, and jointly managed by the village committee.
