贝前列素联合维生素E治疗2型糖尿病合并下肢血管病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察贝前列素E治疗2型糖尿病合并下肢血管病变的疗效。方法本研究以本院2012年4月至2012年11月门诊及住院35～70岁的2型糖尿病合并下肢血管病变患者为研究对象,104例受试者随机分为2组:治疗组(54例)给予贝前列素纳40mg Tid,VitE100g qd,对照组(54例)给予阿司匹林肠溶片75mg qd,VitE100g qd,两组均应用糖尿病降糖、降压、降血脂等治疗,2组均12周为1个疗程,观察2组治疗后患者下肢血管病变临床症状(冷感、间歇跛行、静息痛)缓解情况,ABI(踝动脉一肱动脉血压比值),无痛行走距离与最大行走距离,药品不良反应等。结果治疗组与对照组显效率分别为48.1%和22.0%,总有效率分别为81.4%和60.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组治疗12周后ABI,无痛行走距离和最大行走距离与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗12周治疗组ABI无痛行走距离和最大行走距离与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组均未见严重药品不良反应。结论贝前列素联合;维生素E可有效治疗2型糖尿病合并下肢血管病变。Objective To observe the effectiveness of beraprost combined with vitamin E in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with lower limb vascular diseases.Methods Total of 104 type 2 diabetic patients complicated with atherosclerosis treated from April 2012 to November 2012 in the out-patients and in-patients of our hospital mere enrolled in thin study.Those patients,aged 35 ～ 70 years,were randomly dioided into treatment group（54 cases）control.Both groups were given drugs to lower sugar levers and vitamin E 100 mg qd,In treatment group,beraprost was implemented,40 μg tid,In control group,aspirin was given,75 mg qd, 12 weeks later,the improvement of patients symp toms including cold feeling,intermittent limp,still pain,ankle brachial index（ABI）,walk distance without pain,maximum walk distance and drμg adverse reaction of 2 groups were observed.Results Evident effective rates in both treatment group and control group were 48.1% and 22.0% ,total effective rates of 2 groups were 81.4% and 60.0%（P 0.05）,there was statistical difference.There was no statistical difference in ABI、walk distance without pain and maximum walk distance between 2 groups before treatment（P 0.05）,12 weeks after treatment,ABI、walk distance without pain and maximum walk distance of 2 groups were both higher than before（P 0.05）,there was statistical difference.12 weeks after treatment ABI、walk distance without pain and maximum.Walk distance showed the treatment group were higher than control group（P 0.05）,there was statistical difference.There was no severe drμg adverse reactionin 2 groups.Conclusion Beraprost combined with Vitamin E is effective and safe in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with lower limb vascular diseases.
