刺五加复方口服液提高冷习服能力的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究刺五加复方口服液对提高冷习服能力的作用 ,为应用药物提高冷习服能力提供依据。方法 :Wistar大鼠 ,在 0± 2℃饲养 ,每天灌胃刺五加复方口服液 2ml·只 - 1,分别灌胃 1、7、14、2 1d ,在不同的时间点断头取血 ,进行各项指标的测定。人员观察对象为寒区某部战士 ,分为服药组和对照组 ,在冬季参加室外训练 ,每天 6h连续 2 0d为冷暴露条件 ,当时室外平均气温为 - 18.6℃ ,观察期间 ,服药组每天服用刺五加复方口服液 4 0ml,2次·d ,在服药第 10、2 0d抽血检测各项指标。结果 :大鼠冷暴露给药组的各项指标在某些时间点上均较单纯冷暴露组有明显的变化 ;而在人员观察给药组尿中香草基扁桃酸 (VMA)、寒冷血管反应指数 (VRCI)在服药后第 10、2 0d明显高于对照组 ,而且抗疲劳指数和血乳酸在服药 2 0d后比对照组有明显的变化 ;血液流变学指标则无明显改变。结论 :结果提示刺五加复方口服液能增强冷暴露机体的能量代谢 ,增加超氧化物岐化酶 (SOD)的活性 ,改善机体局部微循环功能 ,并有一定的抗疲劳作用。Objective:To investigate the role of Acanthopanax Senticosus(AS) and to provide basis for its use in improving the ability of cold acclimatization.Methods:Wistar rats were administered AS compound 2ml per day per rat in a cold chamber at temperature of 0±2℃ for 1,7,14 and 21 days respectively. Soldiers in cold area were divided into two groups:control and AS administration. The latter subjects took AS compound 40 ml twice a day for 20 days.At the same time, both groups exposed to the cold outdoors for 6h/d at an average temperature of -18.6 ℃ in winter for 20 days.Results: There were obvious changes in Na +·K +-ATPase,SOD and MDA of AS cold-exposed rats, compared to cold-exposed alone rats at certain exposure time. There were evident increase in urine VMA and index of vaso-response to cold (VRCI) of AS soldiers. Blood lactic acid of AS soldiers was markedly lower than that of control while fatigue-resistant index was higher on the 20 th day. Hemorheological indexes were not different between both groups.Conclusion:AS compound may enhance energy metabolism, increase SOD activity, improve local micro-circulation and may have some anti-fatigue effect.
