摘  要:引入安全性概念,从环境安全性、生产安全性和食用安全性方面讨论了果蔗的安全性问题。指出果蔗的安全性与果蔗的产地环境安全、生产安全和食用安全等密切相关。要做到食用的果蔗安全,就必须保证产地环境安全,在符合规定或标准要求的区域种植果蔗并用符合规定或标准要求的灌溉水进行浇灌;要做到在生产中合理施肥并尽可能用有机肥,严格用药;对果蔗不用化学保鲜剂保鲜贮藏,商家应不售霉变果蔗,食者应有安全意识,警惕霉变果蔗所致食物中毒;地方政府有关部门做好变质果蔗的危害宣传、适时禁止市场销售果蔗。此外,果蔗的包装材料要清洁、无毒、无异味;果蔗的运输工具要清洁、无毒、无异味、无污染,并且不与有毒、有害、有异味的货物混运;果蔗贮存的场地要阴凉、通风、无毒、无异味、无污染源。Abstract: This paper discussed the safety of chewing cane in China including environmental, production and food safeties. The report pointed out that the safety of chewing cane is closely related to the environmental safety, the production safety and the food safety. To assure the safety of edible chewing cane, we must ensure that the environmental safety, choosing planting areas in accordance with the planting regulations or standards and the required water for irrigation; rational fertilization regime and possibly using organic fertilizer should be used in the production with strict control of pesticide use. Chewing cane should be stored without chemical antiseptic agent, should not sold with mildew. Consumer should have safety consciousness, being alerted of food poisoning caused by mildew. Local government should propagandize against the mildew chewing cane, which should be timely prohibited for its market sales. In addition, packaging materials of chewing cane and transportation tools should be clean, non-toxic, no peculiar smell and no pollution, and be transported without accompanying poisonous, harmful and the peculiar smell goods. Chewing cane storage sites should be cool in the shade with ventilation and non-toxic substance, no peculiar smell and no pollution source.
