吡格列酮二甲双胍片或二甲双胍治疗对2型糖尿病患者的多种脂肪细胞因子的影响  

Effects of pioglitazone/metformin fixed-dose combination therapy and metformin monotherapy on serum vaspin, adiponectin, and interleukin-6 levels in patients with type 2 diabetes

摘　　要：68例2型糖尿病患者分成2组，分别给予二甲双胍和吡格列酮二甲双胍片（卡优平）治疗12周。测定治疗前后各组的白细胞介素6（IL-6）、脂联素、内脏脂肪组织源性丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制物（vaspin）、血糖等指标。治疗后，卡优平组IL-6、脂联素与治疗前相比有显著差异（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），二甲双胍组2h血糖，HbA1C水平高于卡优平组（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）。卡优平组体重指数变化率及HbA。变化率与IL-6、脂联素、vaspin变化率不相关。卡优平的降糖效果及改善脂联素、IL-6、vaspin的效果优于二甲双胍。且卡优平对3种脂肪细胞凶子的作用不依赖于其降血糖作用以及降低体重指数的作用。Sixty-eight patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into 2 groups. The patients in two groups were given metformin or pioglitazone/mefformin treatment respectively for 12 weeks. The level of serum interleukin-6 （11,-6） , vaspin, adiponectin, blood glucose, and other indicators before and after the treatment in patients of two groups were observed. After the treatment, the level of serum IL-6 and adiponecfin changed significantly in pioglitazone/metformin group（ P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01 ）. The 2hPG and HbA1C in metformin group were higher than that in pioglitazone/metformin group （P〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The rate of BMI change was not related with the rate of adipocylokines change, so was the rate of HbA1C change. Effects of pioglitazone/melformin on blood glucose and adipoeytokines were more significant than metformin alone, which did not depend on the decrease of glucose level and body weight.
