摩托车事故致下肢骨折549例分析

摘　　要：目的　报告摩托车致下肢骨折的受伤特点和救治体会 ,旨在提高多发伤的诊断和手术治疗水平。方法　回顾性分析总结 1995年 1月～ 1997年 12月 5 49例摩托车事故致下肢骨折的救治资料。结果　广州市摩托车多 ,外来人口增多和交通设施落后是事故频发的主要原因。摩托车事故常造成下肢骨折 ,其中胫腓骨骨折 5 3% ,开放性骨折 42 % ,且易造成多段粉碎性骨折或巨大骨缺损及合并全身多部位损伤(6 4% )。结论　术前需根据摩托车致伤特点 ,充分分析和正确判断损伤程度 ,决定手术时机和选择合适的手术方法。Objective With reporting the character and experiences of diagnosis and treating in lower extremities fractures by motorcycle, we aim to improve diagnosis and surgery level of frequent injury. Methods Five hundred and forty nine cases of lower extremities fractures in motorcycle accidents from Jan,1995 to Dec,1997 were analysed retrospectively. Results The main reasons of frequent motorcycle accidents are the overloading of motorcycles,the immigrant population and lag in traffic establishment.Motorcycle accident often causes lower extremity fracture,including 53% tibia and fibula fractures,42% open fractures,64%several parts of comminuted fractures or large bone losing and complicating several parts injury in a body.Conclusion It should do enough analysis and correct diagnosis before operation by characters of motorcycle injury so that you can choose a chance of operation and right method of operation.
