摘  要:研究热处理工艺对新型高碳高铬钢的铸态组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:经1 050℃淬火和250℃回火后,奥氏体基体晶粒明显细化,且晶粒内弥散析出大量细小的粒状二次碳化物;原晶界网状碳化物的形态变化不大,但碳化物数量增多、边角钝化,且局部发生断网和粒化;钢的硬度显著提高,但韧性有所下降,其硬度和韧度分别为56.5 HRC和4.5 J/cm2。The influence of heat treatment on as-cast microstructure and mechanical properties of new type high carbon- chromium steel was investigated. The results show that, after quenched at 1 050 ℃ and tempered at 250 ℃, the grains of austenite refines obviously, and massive fine granular secondary carbide precipitates in austenite matrix. The heat treatment has slight effect on the morphology of the network original carbide, but the amount of carbide increases, the edges of carbide become round, and some network carbide disconnects and granulates. The hardness of the steel increases significantly, but the toughness decreases slightly, the hardness and toughness of the steel are 56.5 HRC and 4.5 J/cm^2, respectively.
