摘  要:为了进一步提高Al-Cu系铸造铝合金的表面硬度,通过在电解液中调节硝酸镧添加量,在铝合金表面制备了不同的微弧氧化陶瓷层。采用维氏硬度计、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)对陶瓷层性能进行了分析。结果表明,电解液中加入适量硝酸镧所生成的陶瓷层膜层厚度和显微硬度都有较大提高。当电解液中添加剂在0.4 g/L时,微弧氧化所生成的陶瓷膜层的厚度最厚、显微硬度最高。In order to improve the surface hardness of the A1-Cu system casting aluminum alloy, adding different content of lanthanum nitrate into the electrolyte, the ceramic coatings on the aluminum alloy surface were prepared by micro-arc oxidation (MAO). The surface morphology of the coatings was observed by scanning electron microscopy, the phases of the coatings were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, and the hardness of the coatings was measured by micro Vickers hardness. The results show that adding lanthanum nitrate into the electrolyte can affect the properties of the ceramic coatings. When adding lanthanum nitrate of 0.4 g/L into the electrolyte, the ceramic coatings produced by MAO has the highest hickness and microhardness.
