摘　　要：Iatrogenic coronary artery fistula （ICAF） is a rare .complication and could happen during endomyocardialbiopsy, open heart surgery or percutaneous coronary intervention. The treatment of ICAF is not well established and is dependent upon the patient＇s haemodynamic situation.
