摘　　要：现状调查与分析是各级各类城乡规划重要而基础的环节,是城乡规划定性、定量分析的主要依据。对城乡现实状况的准确把握,有利于发现现实中的核心问题,有利于支撑城乡规划制定科学、合理的发展蓝图。在当前规划编制新形势下,既要保证现状调查的质量,又要提高现状调查的效率,深度改革与创新已势在必行。本文围绕重庆市规划管理与编制的实践,积极探索了一种3S技术支撑下的城乡规划现状调查与分析新模式,并以重庆市主城区龙兴聚居区规划为例进行实证分析,为城乡规划构建工作模式合理、技术手段先进的现状调查与分析提供有益的借鉴。Abstract： Situation investigation and analysis is the important and basic part of urban-rural planning, which is also the main basis for qualitative analysis and quantitative Analysis in urban-rural planning. The accurate grasp of the realities in urban and rural areas is in favor of discovering the core issues in reality and developing a scientific and reasonable development blueprint. Under the new situation of planning, depth reform and innovation is necessary to ensure the quality of situation investigation and also improve the efficiency. Focused on the practice of planning and management in Chongqing, this paper actively explores a new model of situation investigation and analysis in urban-rural planning based on 3S technology in the empirical analysis of Chongqing as an example. It provides a good reference for situation investigation and analysis in urban-rural planning.
