摘　　要：以数字长寿地理空间框架及其应用示范建设中的规划管理信息系统建设为例,阐述了基于数字城市建设成果,立足于解决规划管理业务中具体问题而开展系统建设的思路,重点展示了系统在规划档案资料管理、红线一张图管理、三维辅助规划审批等方面的应用特点和实际效果,借此展现了数字城市地理空间框架建设为政务应用提供地理空间信息支撑的思路与方式方法。In this paper, to the construction of the digital city geographical space and its application and demonstration of construction planning and management information system, for example on the idea of a digital city construction results, based on solving specific problems in the planning and management of business carried out by the system construction, file management in the planning, the application characteristics of the red line a map management, planning and approval of three-dimensional auxiliary and the actual results to show the ideas and ways and means of the digital city geographic space frame construction provide geospatial information support for government applications.
