摘　　要：目的:探讨经尿道前列腺电切术对勃起功能的影响。方法:对59例良性前列腺增生患者行经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,手术前后进行勃起功能障碍国际问卷-5评分。结果:手术后6个月勃起功能障碍国际问卷-5评分值经SPSS16.0统计学检验,与术前比较差异无明显统计学意义(t=0.386,P=0.701)。结论:经尿道前列腺电切术不会导致勃起功能下降。Objective To study the effect of postoperative penile erectile function after transurethral resec- tion of the prostate （TURP）. Methods By using the international index of erectile function-5 （IIEF-5）ques- tionnaire, penile erectile function and retrograde ejaculation in 59 patients with BPH undergoing TURP we＇ re surveyed preoperatively and 6 months postoperatively. Results There was no statistical difference in compar- ing the preoperative cores of IIEF-5 with those of postoperative ones by pair-t test of IPSS 16.0 （t=0.386, P= 0.701）; Conclusion TURP is not a factor that leads to penile erectile dysfunction postoperatively.
