摘 要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT重建技术在诊断齿状突骨折中的价值。方法:分析43例齿状突骨折患者的CT资料,以及三维重建资料。结果:根据骨折部位将齿状突骨折分为3型,Ⅰ型1例,Ⅱ型28例,Ⅲ型14例,齿状突向前移位17例,向后移位13例,无移位13例。结论:多层螺旋CT三维重建技术对于齿状突骨折的诊断分型及治疗方案的确定有指导作用。Objective To evaluate the value of reconstruction of multi-slice CT in the diagnosis of odontoid process fracture. Methods CT imaging of 43 patients with odontoid process fracture were analysed, and then three-dimentional reconstruction were made. Results The patients were classified into 3 types according to the part of fracture. Type I was shown in Ⅰcase, type Ⅱ was in 28 cases and type Ⅲ was in the other 14 cases. Odontoid were displaced posteriorly and anteriorly in 17 and 13 cases, and there were no displacement in 13 cases. Conclusion Three-dimentional reconstruction of multi-slice CT has great value in the diagnostic part- ing and treating plan of odontoid process fracture.
