摘　　要：2012年12月，我对诺贝尔奖委员会对冒充我的人体再生复原科学中的核心科学路线“体细胞转干细胞”颁奖进行起诉，要求澄清其中人体再生潜能是先天的还是人工制造出来的，指明获奖者并没有制造出干细胞，只是一场骗局，从而造成对我的诽谤。In December 2012, I filed a lawsuit against The Nobel Assembly for their falsifying use of “somatic cells conversion into stem cells”, the core scientific route of my Human Body Regenerative Restoration Sci ence, in its awarding statement for Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine 2012, demanding clarification on the nature of regenerative potential of the human body： innate or artificial. Furthermore, I wanted to clarify that Nobel Prize winners did not obtain any stem cells but instead it wasa fraud and thus a libel to me.
