内蒙古阿荣旗重点职业人群布鲁氏菌疫苗干预后5年效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对重点职业人群实施布鲁氏菌疫苗干预后的免疫保护作用。方法在2005年阿荣旗接种人用布鲁氏菌疫苗的2200例高危职业人群中,2010年10月回访调查1 772人,根据RBPT及SAT(WS269―2007)的结果结合既往病史和临床症状确诊布病病人22例(其中最长潜伏期内发病9例),以此结果分析接种布鲁氏菌疫苗后5年的保护效果。结果 (1)实施布鲁氏菌疫苗干预后,阿荣旗布病报告病例数呈明显的下降,2006年较2005年下降了84.17%,发病率由347.32/10万下降至54.45/10万,显示疫苗干预有明显效果。(2)疫苗干预5年后回访调查重点职业人群布病的总发病率仅为0.73%,远低于呼伦贝尔市重点人群的平均发病率水平。结论布鲁氏菌疫苗接种对人群具有明显的免疫保护作用。The purpose of this study was to discuss the immune protective effect of the population inoculated with vac cine of brucellosis bacteria. Among the 2 200 people of high risk population inoculated the vaccine in 2005, 1 772 people were paid a return visit in October 2010. According to the method of RBPT and SAT （WS2692007）, and combining with anamne sis and clinical symptoms, there were 22 confirmed cases of brucellosis （9 cases attacked in the longest incubation period）. The protective effect of the brucellosis bacteria vaccine was analyzed 5 years after the inoculation. The result showed that there was an obvious decline in the reported cases of brucellosis in Arong Banner, which was decline by 84.17 % from 2005 to 2006, and the morbidity rate of brucellosis declined from 347.32/100 000 to 54.45/100 000. It＇s indicated that vaccine intervention had obvious effect. After vaccine intervention for 5 years, the total morbidity rate of brucellosis was only 0.73% in key professional population, which was far below the average morbidity rate of the key population in Hulunbeier. In conclusion, brucellosis bac teria vaccine inoculation has obviously immune protective effect to the crowd.
