某兵工厂42年职工死因分析

摘　　要：分析了某兵工厂 1 95 6～ 1 997年职工死因。 42年共计 2 6 76 36人年 ,死亡 6 6 3人 ,粗死亡率为2 47 72 / 1 0万 ;其中 1 974～ 1 997年死亡 5 88人 ,粗死亡率为 31 4 4 7/ 1 0万 ,标化死亡率为 5 36 4 8/ 1 0万 ,SMR =91 7。分时间段比较 ,其死亡特点为随时间推移粗死亡率上升 ,标化死亡率升中有降。主要死因为恶性肿瘤、意外伤亡、循环系病。职工死亡率略低于全国水平。The death\|cause of workers in an ordnance factory from 1956-1997 was analyzed.Within 42 years,the total person\|years were 267 636,the number of death was 663.The crude death rate was 247 7/10 5.The number of death from 1974 to 1997 was 588,the crude death rate was 314 5/10 5,the standardized death rate was 536 5/10 5,SMR=91 7.By comparing the death rates in different periods,the death could be characterized by an increasing tendency of the crude death rate,while the standardized death rate was decreasing during its increase.The main death causes were malignant tumor,accidental injury and diseases of circulation system.The death rate of workers was slightly lower than that of the whole nation.
