摘 要:2012年7月,对福建圭龙山省级自然保护区主要支流的溪流鱼类资源进行了初步调查,设置采样点6处,采集鱼类19种,隶属于5目8科16属,以鲤形目鱼类为主,具有典型的东洋界区系特征。大部分鱼类属山溪性鱼类,营底栖性生活,食性多为杂食性。Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Pielou均匀度指数、丰富度指数和相似性分析结果表明,不同样点群落多样性差异较明显。相对重要性指数结果显示优势物种为宽鳍鱲(Zacco platypus)、圆吻鲴(Distoechodon tumirostris)和侧条厚唇鱼(Acrossocheilus parallens)。In order to understand the fish composition and diversity of Guilong Mountain Nature Reserve in Fujian Province, and provide constructive suggestions for the management of nature reserve, a preliminary investigation of fish composition was carried out in July 2012, using Smith - Root electrofisher ( LR - 24 ). Nineteen fish species, which were collected from 6 sites, were belonging to 5 orders, 8 families and 16 genera. The largest group of the fish community was from Cypriniforrnes, representing the typical fauna characteristic of oriental realm. Most species were omnivorous fishes living in the benthic zone of the mountain streams. The community diversity at each site was measured using the Shannon - Weiner index, Pielou evenness index, richness index and similarity analysis. The results showed that community diversity varied among sites. The analysis of relative importance index demonstrated that Zacco platypus, Distoechodon tumirostris and Acrossocheilus parallens were the dominant species among all sampling sites.
