摘  要:目的研究丙型肝炎高变区1(HCV HVR1)氨基酸序列间的差异性以及此差异与生化指标间的相关性。方法以81例丙型肝炎患者氨基酸序列为材料,按照序列同源性进行分组,利用序列对比方法分析氨基酸的变异规律,同时利用生物信息学的手段分析氨基酸序列与丙型肝炎生化指标间的相关性。结果 HCV HVR1氨基酸序列保守性差,其中aa17、aa21的芳香氨基酸丰度高;各个生化指标与序列差异具有一定的相关性,在各组中相关性不尽相同。结论在病理变化过程中,生化指标的改变不可作为患者体内丙型肝炎病毒氨基酸序列发生变异的标志指标。Objective To study the differences among HCV HVR1 amino acid sequences,and the correlation between the differences and HCV biochemical indicators.Methods HCV amino acid sequences of 81 hepatitis C patients were taken as materials,groups were divided according to the sequence homology.Sequence comparison method was used to analyze the variation law of amino acids,at the same time bioinformatics approach was used to analyze the correlation between the amino acid sequence variation and patients' biochemical parameters.Results The conservation of amino acid sequence in HCV HVR1 area was poor.However,aa17 and aa21 in HVR1 area showed higher conservation rates.There were positive correlations between various biochemical indicators and the sequence changes,but the cor relations were not the same.Conclusion In the process of pathological changes,biochemical indicators changes can not be taken as the mark indicators for the HCV HVR1 amino acid sequences changes.
