摘　　要：目的从链霉菌I06A-02580中提取分离和纯化小分子血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)受体抑制剂,并进行结构鉴定。方法以酪氨酸酶活性测定方法即酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA法)为活性跟踪方法,利用大孔吸附树脂方法、高效液相色谱(HPLC)等方法进行分离纯化。利用紫外(UV)、红外(IR)、质谱(MS)和核磁共振(NMR)四谱联合分析,进行结构解析。结果分离纯化到两个已知化合物大豆苷元和染料木素并具有相关活性。结论大豆苷元和染料木素为已知化合物,大豆苷元对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌有抑菌作用;染料木素有抗真菌的作用。该研究为首次报道该化合物具有VEGFR拮抗活性。Objective To isolate,purify and determine the structure of inhibitors of VEGFR.Methods ELISA method was used to find compounds.The strain I06A-02580 was fermented and its fermentationproducts were isolated and purified by column chromatography and HPLC.The active compoundswere identified respectively by UV,IR,and MS,NMR analysis.Results This article obtained two known compounds,Daidzein and Genistein.Both of them had bioac tivities.Conclusion Daidzein and Genistein are knowncompounds.Daidzein can inhibit the growth of Staphylocco cusaureus and escherichia coli;genistein can inhibit the growth ofFungus.It is firstly reported about its antagonistic activity of VEGFR.
